Dr. Fries received his Doctor of Optometry from O.S.U. in 2004. He features a new practice in Grove City, Ohio. Dr. Fries completed his undergraduate research in the Ohio State University using a Bachelor of Science degree in Evolution, Ecology and Organismal Biology.
He received his Medical professional of Optometry in 2004 from the Ohio State University College of Optometry where he graduated cum laude and was inducted into two international optometric honor societies. Dr. Fries completed a lot of external rotations focused on ocular disease and main eye care. He also has substantial experience in geriatric and nursing residence eye care and has spent time as a Clinical Instructor at the Ohio State University College of Optometry having a focus on fitting speak to lenses.
Dr. Fries was appointed by Governor Ted Strickland towards the State of Ohio Optical Dispensers Board in 2007, where he serves because the only optometrist. He also serves around the Epsilon Psi Epsilon Optometric Fraternity Alumni Board and is actually a member of the Ohio Optometric Association and also the American Optometric Association.
In his free of charge time Dr. Fries enjoys traveling, watching Ohio State athletics and playing golf. He and his wife Cheryl also get pleasure from spending time with their dog Paddington.
